AverLogic Technologies, Inc., is specialized in the design of Integrated Circuits with the main product focus being in the field of multimedia, video signal conversion and FIFO memory. Our customers include manufacturers of a broad range of items such as LCD and CRT televisions, PC's, CRT monitors, LCD monitors, set-top boxes, projectors, game stations, DVD players, video processing devices, scan converter boxes and cards, time base correctors, video editors and the like.

　In the last five years AverLogic has developed and brought to market a total of eight chips including the highly integrated AL300 LCD controller for LCD monitor or television applications. Currently under development we have the next generation of high end LCD controllers which will be launched towards the end of 2001. Just recently launched we have a 4M-bit, 80Mhz FIFO memory. Also coming to market by Q3 2001 we have video line store FIFO's, communication FIFO's, security controllers and DTV related chips.

　All of our product lines are shipping in volume and include the AL128 PC-to-TV scan converter chip that converts PC display into TV formats for applications in multimedia TV or PC-to-TV converter boxes. The AL250 converts TV signal to PC video format for turning a standard PC monitor into a TV while the AL422 and AL440 are video frame FIFO chips used in various digital video systems. The AL422 has been widely accepted by major manufacturers as a replacement for the former market leader and sales volumes are continuing to rise.

　During 1999 and 2000 we expanded our Taiwan facilities and doubled our worldwide staffing to meet the growing demand as manufacturers complete their designs and move to production.
